Returning in 2020 is the Spa Valley Railway Transport Film Festival!
For the second year we will be the star attraction at our Transport Film Festival at Groombridge Station.
We’ll be working alongside the “Railway Cinema Coach” shunted into the platform at frequent intervals, and also a Cinema Tent in which retro 16mm projectors will be in operation at Tunbridge Wells. Programmes will include both classic and unique local transport films, (trams, trains, ships and planes) plus films of more general heritage interest in Kent and Sussex. For children we will have some vintage cartoon films. Our visitors last year were fascinated by the novel event and the material being shown. Don’t miss out!
Book a standard All-Line travel ticket and access to the films will be included at NO EXTRA charge! Travel from Eridge or Tunbridge Wells and spend as long as you wish at Groombridge, trains are operating to our Standard Green Timetable with departures as follows:
Tunbridge Wells West: 10:30, 11:55, 13:25, 14:45 and 16:10.
Eridge: 11:15, 12:35, 14:05, 15:25 and 16:55.
